placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.
8 Assembly
ATTENTION
Always make sure the product is fully assembled
before commissioning!
8.1 Attaching and removing the
container cover (12)
(Fig. 4, 5, 11, 14)
Attaching the container cover:
1. Place the container cover (12) on the container (10).
2. Attach the container cover (12) to the locking mecha-
nism (11).
Removing the container cover:
1. Before removing the container cover (12), remove all
nozzles (13, 14, 15), the suction pipe (17) and the
telescopic tube (16) from the holders (22) on the con-
tainer cover (12).
2. Loosen the locking mechanism (11).
3. Lift the container cover (12) from the container (10).
8.2 Fitting the container (10) to the
base frame (9) (Fig. 3)
1. Put the container (10) on the base frame (9).
2. Gently push the container (10) onto the base frame
(9).
3. Ensure that the locking mechanism (9b) of the base
frame (9) engages on the container (10).
8.3 Fitting the rollers (8) (Fig. 2)
1. Remove the container cover (12) as described in 8.1.
2. Set the base frame (9) on a solid surface with the un-
derside facing upwards.
3. Place the rollers (8) into the assembly holes (9a) pro-
vided on the base frame (9).
4. Gently press the rollers (8) into the assembly holes
(9a).
5. Flip the base frame (9) and place it on the rollers (8).
8.4 Filter and filter bag (Fig. 6, 7, 8)
The product has the following filter and filter bag included
in the scope of delivery:
Filter cartridge (18)
• Vacuuming fine dust
Foam filter (20)
• Wet vacuuming
Paper filter bag (21)
• Dry vacuuming
Note:
1.
In order to assemble/remove the filter and filter bag, re-
move the container cover (12) as described under 8.1.
2. Always set down the container cover (12) with the top
facing downwards.
3. After you have assembled/removed the desired filter
and filter bag, reattach the container cover (12) to the
container (10).
8.4.1 Assembling/removing the filter
cartridge (18) (Fig. 6)
Removing:
1. Turn the filter cartridge (18) anti-clockwise and re-
move it from the filter cage (19).
Assembling:
1. Push the filter cartridge (18) fully onto the filter cage
(19).
2. Turn the filter cartridge (18) clockwise until it fully en-
gages in the container cover (12).
3. Check that the filter cartridge (18) is installed correctly
by gently pulling on the filter cartridge (18).
8.4.2 Assembling/removing the foam filter
(20) (Fig. 7)
Removing:
1. Remove the foam filter (20) from the filter cage (19).
Assembling:
1. Remove the foam filter (20) over the filter cage (19).
2. Check that the foam filter (20) is installed correctly
and fully envelopes the filter cage (19).
8.4.3 Assembling/removing the paper filter
bag (21) (Fig. 8)
Removing:
1. Remove the paper filter bag (21) from the bar (5a) on
the suction connection (5).
Assembling:
1. Attach the paper filter bag (21) to the bar (5a) on the
suction connection (5) inside the container (10).
2. Check that the paper filter bag (21) is installed correct-
ly and the sealing ring (21a) fully envelopes the bar
(5a) on the suction connection (5).
8.5 Connecting the suction hose (4)
(Fig. 9, 10)
8.5.1 Suction function
1. Push the hose coupling (6) fully into the suction con-
nection (5).
2. Turn the hose coupling (6) clockwise until it fully en-
gages.
3. Check that the suction hose (4) is installed correctly
by gently pulling on the hose coupling (6).
8.5.2 Blast function
1. Push the hose coupling (6) fully into the blast connec-
tion (3).
