Trouble shooting
If you have problems with your product, you may be able to remedy it yourself using the table below.
Warning! Before troubleshooting, disconnect the power supply. Only a qualified service technician
may carry out troubleshooting that is not covered in this manual.
The product does not work
The power plug is not plugged in or is loose. The fuse has blown or is defective. The socket is faulty.
Unplug and plug it back in.
Check the fuse and replace if necessary. if defective. Mains faults must be rectified by an electrician.
Please refer to the section on temperature setting.
Strange smell
Is there rotten food in the cupboard? Do you need to clean the product? Is food with a strong taste
stored?.
Throw away rotten food. Clean the product. Wrap food with strong flavor.
The product does not cool enough
Do you place hot food in the product? Do you often open the door? Is the product in direct sunlight or
near a heat source? Is there good ventilation?
Is the temperature setting too high? Allow the food to cool before placing it in the product. Checking
and closing the door. Place the product away from heat sources.
Ensure good ventilation around the cabinet. Set the temperature according to the ambient
temperature.
The door does not close properly
The shelves do not fit properly. Items are in the way/too many items in the product. The product is not
leveled. Place the shelves properly. Reposition the items. Adjust on the leveling feet.
Water on the floor
The drain hole is blocked. Clean drain hole.
Small drops of water or frost form on the back wall of the product
This is completely normal, because it is a particularly cold and humid place in the product, where
water droplets and frost condense during the product's normal operation.
Certain foods do not freeze completely
It is normal for foods that contain a lot of sugar, fat or alcohol not to freeze completely and remain
partially soft (ice cream, fruit juice, etc.)
The frozen meat has white stripes
Check whether the temperature is set correctly and not at a temperature that is too low, and whether
the meat has not been stored in the freezer for too long.
It is difficult to open the door
It is normal for the door to be a little difficult to open, especially if it has just been closed: a small
negative pressure is created to ensure that the door is completely closed. Wait a few minutes before
opening it again.
