Step 3 Connecting the power cables,
communication cable, and controllers
Youmustconnectthefollowingthreeelectrical
cablestotheoutdoorunit:
• Themainpowercablebetweentheauxiliarycircuit
breakerandtheoutdoorunit.
• Theoutdoor-to-indoorpowercablebetweenthe
outdoorunitandtheindoorunit.
• Thecommunicationcablebetweentheoutdoor
unitandtheindoorunit.
CAUTION
• Duringinstallation,makefirsttherefrigerant
connectionsandthentheelectricalconnections.
Iftheunitisuninstalled,firstdisconnectthe
electricalcablesandthentherefrigerant
connections.
• Connecttheairconditionertotheearthingsystem
beforemakingtheelectricalconnections.
NOTE
• Especially,ifyouroutdoorunitistheonedesigned
forRussianandEuropeanmarkets,consultthe
supplyauthority,ifnecessary,toestimateand
reducethesupplysystemimpedancebefore
installation.
