1 Openthecapandturnthestopvalveanticlockwise
byusingahexagonalwrench.
2 Turnituntiltheaxisisstopped.
Tightening torque for charging port cap

R-410A : Thread of the screw - 1/2-20UNF
3 Tightenthecapsecurely.

alwaysusespecialinstruments.Otherwise,the
stoppingboxcanbedamagedandthebacksheet
canleaks.
• Ifthewatertightsheetleaks,turntheaxisback
byhalf,tightenthestoppingbox,thencheckthe
leakageagain.Ifthereisnoleakageanymore,
tightentheaxisentirely.
Closing the stop valve
1 Removethecap.
2 Turnthestopvalveclockwisebyusingahexagonal
wrench.
3 Tightentheaxisuntilthevalvereachedthesealing
point.
4 Tightenthecapsecurely.
CAUTION
• Whenyouusetheserviceport,alwaysusea
charginghose,too.
• Checktheleakageofrefrigerantgasafter
tighteningthecap.
• Mustuseaspannerandwrenchwhenyouopen/
tightenthestopvalve.
