MPORTANT: The heater tubes should always be under water!
• Connect the device to power supply and set the desired temperature value
with the temperature control knob, and the heating control light will
illuminate.
• To turn off the device, set the temperature control knob to 0
°
C position.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a) C
lean the device after each use.
b) Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning,
adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use.
c) Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used
to
clean the unit.
