Fädeln Sie das 6 mm CFK-Rohr auf die zwei Bowdenzüge auf und
verkleben sie das Rohr mit Epoxidkleber mit dem Rumpfboot.
Schieben Sie die Heckauage ebenfalls auf die zwei Bowdenzüge
und verkleben Sie diese mit dem 6 mm CFK-Rohr. Bis zur Aushärtung
legen Sie den Rumpf in die Helling und richten Sie das Rumpfboot
unter Zuhilfenahme der Helling waagrecht aus.
Thread the 6 mm carbon bre tube onto the two Bowden cables
and glue the tube to the fuselage pod with slow setting epoxy glue.
Push the V-tail support onto the two Bowden cables and glue the
rear support to the 6 mm bre tube of the tail boom. Place back
into the building jig while the glue dries. Align the fuselage pod
horizontally with the aid of the jig.
Enlez le tube en bre de carbone de 6 mm sur les deux câbles
Bowden et collez le tube à la coque avec de la colle époxy.
Glisser également le support arrière sur les deux câbles et les coller
sur le tube en carbone de 6 mm. En attendant le durcissement,

Place the fuselage into the building jig and make sure the compon-
ents are all accurately aligned. The front edge of the V-tail support
should line up with the support on the building jig. The Bowden
cables should exit the tube horizontally at the rear.
Le support arrière est correctement aligné par la cale de mise à
l‘eau. Le bord avant de queue afeure le support de la cale. Les
câbles doivent sortir du tube à l‘arrière, à l‘horizontale.

Kleben Sie die Oberseite der Heckauage mit einer Lage Tesalm
ab, um den Abstand zwischen Auage und Leitwerk aufgrund
der noch fehlenden Bespannung zu korrigieren. Streichen Sie die
Heckauage gründlich mit Vaseline ein, um ein Verkleben im
nächsten Bauschritt zu verhindern. Stecken Sie die zwei GFK-Halter
in die Heckauage und sichern Sie diese mit dem Sicherungsdraht.
Dieser sollte ebenfalls mit Vaseline eingerieben sein. Passen Sie
eventuell das Loch in den fünf Auageelemente und den zwei
GFK-V-Leitwerksbefestigungen vorsichtig mit einem 2 mm Bohrer an
den Sicherungsstift an. Streichen Sie den oberen seitlichen Teil der
GFK-Halterung mit Epoxidkleber ein und setzen Sie nun das Leitwerk
auf. Kontrollieren Sie die richtige Ausrichtung des Leitwerks und
beschweren Sie das Leitwerk leicht, bis zur Aushärtung des Klebers.
Mask the top of the rear support with a layer of scotch tape to
prevent glue from sticking and to compensate for the missing cove-
ring. Thoroughly coat the rear V-tail seat with Vaseline to prevent it
from sticking. Insert the two GRP brackets into the rear support and
secure them with the wire locking pin. This should also be rubbed
with Vaseline. If necessary, carefully adjust the hole in the ve
support elements and the two GRP V-tail mounts to the securing pin
using a 2 mm drill bit. Apply a thin coat of epoxy glue to the GRP
stubs and slide the V-tail into place. Check for correct alignment of
the V-tail unit and weigh down until the adhesive hardens.
Collez une couche de scotch sur le dessus du support de queue
pour corriger l‘écart entre le support et l‘empennage en raison de
l‘entoilage encore manquant. Enduisez soigneusement la plage
arrière de vaseline an d‘éviter qu‘elle ne se colle lors de la pro-
chaine étape de construction. Insérez les deux supports en bre de
verre dans la queue et xez-les avec le l de sécurité. Celui-ci doit
également être enduit de vaseline. Ajustez éventuellement avec
précaution le trou dans les cinq éléments d‘appui et les deux xa-
tions de l‘empennage en bre de verre à la goupille de sécurité
à l‘aide d‘un foret de 2 mm. Enduisez la partie latérale supérieure
du support en bre de verre de colle époxy et posez maintenant
l‘empennage. Contrôlez l‘orientation correcte de l‘empennage et
lestez légèrement l‘empennage jusqu‘à ce que la colle durcisse.
