ERROR CODES
Your Rinnai Gas Dryer has a self diagnostic capability. If a fault occurs, an error code will ash on the digital
monitor. This assists with diagnosing the fault, and may enable you to overcome a problem without a service call.
Please quote the code displayed when enquiring about service.
NOTE
Check error code details / actions in the
table below, if advised to do so clear the
error code as follows:
1. Open the door (wait for the drum to
stop rotating).
2. Press the ON/OFF button to clear the
error condition this will also turn OFF
the appliance.

Check lint lter is not blocked, clean lint lter.
Check that thin poor non-breathable materials in the
drum are not blocking the lint lter, rearrange the
drying load as required.
Check that the drum is not overloaded with too many
items, reduce the drying load as required.
Check that air inlet lter is not blocked.
Service call

No ignition / No gas supply.
Check gas is turned on at the gas meter or cylinder.
Reset error and retry last operation.

Check gas is turned on at the gas meter or cylinder.
Check that air inlet lter is blocked.
Check that there is sucient ventilation in the room.
Reset the error and retry operation.

Discharge duct blockage.
Check that ue outlet is not blocked or obstructed

Over Temperature Warning.

balance or whether the drum has been overloaded
with too many items, rearrange and or reduce the
drying load as required.

Occurs after 5 consecutive ignition failures.
Check gas is turned on at the gas meter or cylinder.
Reset error and retry last operation.
Service call.
Blank Safety device activated. Check power is connected and or turned ON. Service call.
