AUDIBLE SIGNALS
This appliance is equipped with audible signals that can notify you when both correct or incorrect operations are
being selected, when drying operations have been completed and of possible error conditions.
By default these signals are turned on (recommended), however some operational signals may be muted by
following the procedure at the bottom of this page.
Button Operation or Appliance State Signal
Power ON signal Short beep
Correct button operation, acceptance signal Short beep
Incorrect button operation, refusal tone 2 Short beeps
Power OFF signal Long beep
Drying program complete signal 3 Long beeps (these will sounds 3 times)
Clean Filter indicator ashing (at end of drying program) * 10 short beeps
Door open warning after 5 minutes (when appliance is ON) * Short continuous double beeps
Safety Device activation / appliance in error state * 20 beeps
NOTE
* For safety of operation the muting procedure will not apply to these specic operational signals.
To Mute Signals
1. Close the door.
2. Press the ON/OFF button.
3. Press the PROGRAM and TIMER buttons at the same time.
4. Press the DOWN button, the digital display shows 00.
5. Press the ON/OFF button.
To Enable Signals
1. Close the door.
2. Press the ON/OFF button.
3. Press the PROGRAM and TIMER buttons at the same time.
4. Press the UP button, the digital display shows 01.
5. Press the ON/OFF button.
