Position 6 – Bottom heater on
This function is used to bake food more strongly from the bottom.
Position 7 - Rotisserie toasting function on
The grill element heats the food rotating on the spit from above.
ATTENTION!
The baking temperature and the selected oven function should be selected in accordance
with the recipe for preparing the dish. In practice, there may be differences which should
be corrected by the user based on your own experiences.
After the baking process is finished turn off the oven, turn knobs 2 and 3 to the 0 position.
USING THE ROTISSERIE – see Figure. VIII
1. Place the food on the spit rod and secure it on both sides with forks
2. Place the rod with the food on the spit rack (2), inserting the unsharpened end of
the rod into the gear C (See Fig. VIII).
3. Place the spit rack (2) at the appropriate height in the oven so that the drive rod B
is inserted into the spit drive A (See Fig. VIII).
4. Place the baking tray (item 3) appropriately lower in order to protect the oven
from dirt from dripping fat.
5. Set the OVEN FUNCTION KNOB (2) to Position 7, set the baking temperature with
the TEMPERATURE SETTING KNOB (3).
6. Turn on the SPIT MOTOR using button 1 (see CONTROL PANEL - OPERATION).
After the baking process is finished turn off the oven, turn knobs 2 and 3 to the 0 position.
SETTING THE CLOCK
Press the button to set the time, hold it down and turn it counterclockwise.
SETTING THE COOKING TIME
The analog clock can be used to set the cooking time up to 180 minutes. The alarm will sound automatically
after the set time. To silence the alarm, turn the button counterclockwise without pressing it. In this position,
the alarm will be turned off.
