Cleaning / Maintenance
WARNING:
• Always switch off the appliance before cleaning and mainte-
nance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket. Wait until
the appliance has cooled down!
• Do not immerse the appliance in water! It could cause an elec-
tric shock or fire.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive objects.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
Crumb Tray, Baking Tray, Grill Grate,
Rotisserie Spit and Fixing Clamps
Clean these parts in warm water with a little washing-up
liquid. Then dry the parts thoroughly.
Pizza Stone
Clean the pizza stone with a damp cloth after each use.
Allow it to air dry. Only use it when it is completely dry. The
high heat in the oven can cause a wet pizza stone to crack.
Interior
Keep the inside of the oven clean.
1. Remove splashes and food residues from the oven walls
with a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
2. Wipe with a dry cloth.
Housing
Clean the housing after use with a slightly damp cloth.
Replacing the Oven Lamp
If the lamp in the oven is defective, it can be replaced.
Proceed as follows:
1. Unscrew the cover anti-clockwise.
2. Unscrew the lamp from the lamp holder.
3. Replace the lamp with a new oven lamp of the same
type.
4. Replace the cover over the lamp.
Storage
• Clean the appliance as described. Allow the accessories
to dry completely.
• The accessories can be reinserted into the appliance for
storage.
• We recommend storing the appliance in its original
packaging if you do not intend to use it for a longer
period of time.
• Always store the appliance out of the reach of children in
a well-ventilated and dry place.
