Using the Rotisserie Spit
Do not select food that is too large. The food must be at
a sufficient distance from the inner walls and heating ele-
ments. It should not touch them under any circumstances.
1. Slide the baking tray / grease pan into the lowest sliding
rack of the oven.
2. Rub the rotisserie spit and the fixing clamps with cooking
oil.
3. Poultry is dressed before grilling. To do this, tie the wings
and legs tightly to the body with kitchen twine.
4. Carefully place the dressed poultry or roast on the rotis-
serie spit. Slide the fixing clips onto the spit and secure
the roast with them. Tighten the fixing clamps with the
screws.
5. Lift the finished rotisserie spit into the oven with the re-
moval tool.
To do this, first insert the end
without the notch into the
drive on the right-hand side
of the oven.
Then hook the other end into
the hanger on the left-hand
side of the oven.
6. Select a temperature and the function
and . Set
the operating time. The rotisserie spit starts to rotate.
- Make sure that the dressed poultry or roast can rotate
freely.
7. When the set time has elapsed, an audible signal sounds
and the appliance switches off automatically. When the
food is cooked, remove it with the removal tool.
