set M speed. For the remaining time the fan works as in
“Natural Mode” at the speed setting L.
• If M speed is set:
The fan works for the first 30 minutes as in “Natural
Mode” at the speed setting M. For the remaining time the
fan works as in “Natural Mode” at the speed setting L.
• If L speed is set:
Switching between low speed and shut-off of the fan as
in “Natural Mode”.
NOR. Normal
• To return to NORMAL mode, press the MODE button until
the NORMAL indicator light on the control box lights up.
TIMER Timer
If you want the timer to switch the appliance off, press the
TIMER button.
- Every press of the TIMER button increases the operating
time by 30 minutes. Maximum shut-off time: 7.5 hours.
OSC Swing
• If you select the OSC function the appliance oscillates
automatically through a range of approx. 90 degrees.
• To switch the function off, press the OSC button again.
• To switch the function on or off on the appliance, press
the SPEED / OSC button for approx. 3 seconds.
MOIST Mist
The humidifier can also be operated independently of
the fan. For combined operation with fan, the following
sequence must be observed:
1. fan on 2. humidifier on
If the humidifier is switched on first, it switches off when the
fan is switched on.
• Press the MOIST button to activate the mist function.
You can adjust the intensity of the mist with the rotary
control.
- The control lamp around the control dial lights up blue
when there is enough water in the water tank.
- If the control lamp lights up red, there is not enough
water in the water tank.
• To deactivate the function, press the MOIST button
again.
Refill Water
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
3. If necessary, pour the remaining water out of the tank.
CAUTION:
Water collects in the base of the humidifier. Carefully
remove the water tank. To do this, hold the base with
one hand.
4. Proceed as described under “Fill with Water”.
Shutting Off
1. Switch off the fan and the humidifier.
2. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
3. If the appliance will not be used for a longer period of
time, empty the water tank and soak up the remaining
water from the base with a cloth.
Cleaning
WARNING:
• Always disconnect the mains plug from the socket before clean-
ing or servicing the appliance.
• If you remove the protective grid: Make sure that the fan is
switched off from the mains supply before removing the protec-
tive device.
• Never immerse the appliance in water to clean it. This could
lead to an electric shock or fire.
