TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshoot your problem by using the chart below. If the appliance still does not work properly,
contact customer service center or the nearest authorized service center. Customers must never
troubleshoot internal components.

does not turn

Appliance is not
plugged in
Check that appliance is plugged into a working outlet
Bottom jar is not
assembled correctly
into base unit.
Double check jar / blade assembly is correctly
assembled. Align tabs on the jar base and grooves in
base. Reinstall jar, turn clockwise until click is felt and
jar is secured.
Jar cover is not
assembled correctly.
Double check jar cover assembly is correct.
