once. Do not turn fillets.
DO NOT USE THE BROILER PAN WITHOUT ITS INSERT. NEVER COVER THE BROILER INSERT OPENINGS WITH
ALUMINUM FOIL. IF THE INSERT IS COVERED BY ALUMINUM FOIL, FAT CANNOT DIP AWAY FROM THE MEAT AND
MAY EASILY IGNITE.
IF YOU SHOULD HAVE A GREASE FIRE WHILE BROILING, TURN OFF THE BROILER AND KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED TO
CONTAIN THE FIRE UNTIL IT BURNS OUT.
ALWAYS REMOVE THE BROILER PAN AS SOON AS THE BROILER PAN COOLS. GREASE LEFT IN THE PAN CAN CATCH
FIRE IF THE OVEN IS USED WITHOUT REMOVING THE GREASE FROM THE BROILER PAN.
WHEN BROILING, IF MEAT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE FLAME, THE FAT MAY IGNITE.
