Controlling operating pressure
You can set the drive depth of the fastener into the material by
controlling the operating pressure. At higher operating pressure, the
fasteners are driven deeper, and at lower operating pressure they are
driven less deep.
Select carton thickness for 1A-AZ25BNH
You can set the tacker to different carton thicknesses.
WARNING
Accidentally triggering when selecting the
carton thickness can cause severe or fatal
injury.
Do not point the tacker at yourself, people
or animals.
To select the correct carton thickness, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the tacker from the compressed air supply.
Loosen the hex nut (10).
Set the adjusting screw so that the desired dimension X is
reached when the die is closed. The dimension X is the thickness
of carton to be processed.
Turn to the right → reduces closed dimension.
Turn to the left → increases closed dimension.
Secure the adjusting screw with the hex nut.
When operating with a compressed air hose, you can only
turn up the operating pressure on the tacker to a maximum of
the output pressure of the compressor.
