How to Toast (Upper and lower heating
)
1.
Place the wire rack or bake tray
into the desired position.
2.
Place
the
food
to be toasted onto the wire
rack or bake tray and close the oven door.

desired cooking

Upper and lower heating + Convection
This cooking function combines hot air movement using a fan with the toast function.
The fan gently sends air to every area of the food, quickly browning, crisping and
sealing in moisture and flavour.
