5.3 RJ45 Ethernet pinout

With 10/100/1000BASE-T(X) cables, pins 1 and 2 are used for transmitting data, and pins

3 and 6 for receiving data.

The switch supports auto MDI/MDI-X operation. Use a cable to connect the switch to a

PC. The tables below show the 10Base-T/ 100Base-T(X) MDI and MDI-X and 1000 Base-

T MDI/MDI-X pin assignments. 10/100 Base-T(X) MDI/MDI-X pin assignments is as fol-
