2.3.5 Transport using a crane

NOTE: Danger from overload

Transporting the system using the crane eyes or swivel lifting eyes on the top of the

system is only permissible under certain conditions.

NOTE: Damage to property from non-compliance with instructions for trans-

port

Only use the crane eyes or swivel lifting eyes without protective hood and bolts.

To transport the system using a crane, only use the original crane eyes or swivel lifting

eyes. Crane eyes and swivel lifting eyes are not supplied with the product. They can

be obtained from the service partner.

The system in the UC housing may be transported using a crane if the following conditions

are met:

– Distribute the load symmetrically over all four crane eyes or swivel lifting eyes.

– Lift the single cabinet unit at a rope pull angle of >60°.

– Do not exceed the maximum permissible transport weight of 1200 kg.

An accessories kit is required for crane transport.
