2.3.4 Transport using forklift truck, pallet truck, or crane fork
WARNING: Danger from falling or tilting of the system
The weight of the system can injure a person and cause severe bruising. To lift the
system use suitable lifting gear that is designed for the weight of the system.
The system in the UC housing may be transported using a crane fork if the following condi-
tions are met. Make sure that the load is distributed symmetrically and secure the system
against tilting.
Requirements
– The forklift truck is designed for the weight of the system.
– The forklift truck has to entirely drive under the transport pallet at a suitable point. The
center of gravity has to be observed.
