2.1.2 Transport damage
Immediately inform the sales or service department at the manufacturer's in writing about
the transport damage (six work days after receiving the goods at the latest).
Shock indicator on the packaging
For identification of improper handling during transport, a SHOCKWATCH
®
label is at-
tached to the outside of the system packaging. If the shock indicator shows the color red,
the consignment was exposed to strong vibration.
