Cleaning the scale in the bottle:
1. Pour 50mL of white vinegar into the bottle, allowing it to soak overnight to
dissolve the scale. Afterward, pour out the vinegar and wipe off any
remaining sediment using a damp cloth.
2. Fill the bottle with water, boil the water, and then pour it out. Repeat this
process 2-3 times to rinse the bottle thoroughly.
Heating mode in high altitude areas: Under the 100℃ heating mode, the
water temperature will be checked every 40 seconds starting from 85℃. If the
water temperature does not rise during this period, it is considered boiled (due
to high altitude or NTC error), and the heating will stop. If no operation is
performed within 15 seconds, the product will enter standby mode.
Dry burning alarm: If there is no water inside the product or the water level is
insufficient for heating, a dry burning alarm will activate. The buzzer will sound
continuously, and the "Heating" button or the "Keep warm" button will �ash,
indicating that heating cannot be initiated. The alarm will continue until the
issue is resolved or the power is turned off. If the alarm persists after power is
restored, please refer to the alarm prompts for further troubleshooting steps.
