CARE & MAINTENANCE
ROUTINE AIR FILTER
AND CABINET CLEANING
To ensure your portable air conditioner operates
eciently, regular cleaning and maintenance are
essential. Follow these steps to keep your unit in
top condition:
1. UNPLUG THE UNIT
Always unplug the air conditioner from the
power source before cleaning or servicing to
avoid electrical hazards.
2. REMOVE BOTH AIR FILTERS
Carefully remove both air lters according to
the diagram. (The lters are integrated into the
removable panels; there are no separate lters
are located behind the removeable panels.)
3. CLEAN THE AIR FILTER
Wash the air lter with warm water and mild
detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air
dry completely before reinstalling.
CAUTION Do not operate the unit
without the air lter. Dirt and lint can clog the
unit and reduce performance.
4. CLEAN THE UNIT EXTERIOR
• Use a damp, lint-free cloth with mild detergent
to wipe down the exterior surfaces of the unit,
including the cabinet and grill.
CAUTION Do not use ammable
liquids, chemicals, or harsh cleansers to clean
the unit. Never wash the unit under running
water, as this can cause electrical hazards.
• Dry the unit with a dry, lint-free cloth.
5. CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY
After cleaning, inspect the power cord for
any damage. If the power cord was damaged
during cleaning, do not operate the unit and
call our customer service team.
MAINTENANCE TIPS
• Regular Filter Cleaning: Clean the air lter
every two weeks for optimal performance.
More frequent cleaning may be necessary in
homes with pets or high dust levels.
• Drain the Water Collection Tray: Drain the
water collection tray immediately after a P1
error occurs and before storing the unit to
prevent mold growth.
• Wipe Down the Grill: In households with pets,
periodically wipe down the grill to prevent
blocked airow due to animal hair.
By following these steps, you will help maintain
your portable air conditioner’s performance and
extend its lifespan.
