INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NOTICE: When using the heat function for the rst time, you may notice a slight
odor. This is normal and should go away quickly. The odor may return if the heater
has not been used for a long period of time.
1. Place the product on a rm, level surface.
2. Plug the unit directly into a 120 V AC electrical outlet.
Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension
cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip). Never share this heater’s wall outlet
with another appliance.
UNIT FUNCTION
FLAME EFFECT MODE (NO HEAT)
1. Set the Flame Eect Switch (#4) to the ON position. (This switch also
functions as the main Power ON/OFF switch.)
2. The ame eect will activate.
This feature can be used independently, without activating the heat functions.
LOW HEATING MODE (500W)
1. Set the Flame Eect Switch (#4) to the ON position.
2. Turn the Thermostat Knob fully clockwise to the highest setting.
3. Press the Low Heat Switch.
4. The Low Heat indicator light will illuminate, and the unit will operate
at 500 watts.
HIGH HEATING MODE (1000W)
1. Set the Flame Eect Switch (#4) to the ON position.
2. Set the Low Heat Switch to the ON position.
3. Turn the Thermostat Knob fully clockwise to the highest setting.
4. Press the High Heat Switch (#2).
5. The High Heat indicator light will illuminate, and the unit will operate
at 1000 watts.
THERMOSTAT ADJUSTMENT
While in Low or High Heat Mode, rotate the Thermostat Knob clockwise
to increase the temperature or counterclockwise to decrease it, until the
desired comfort level is reached.
FLAME DIMMER
With the Flame Eect Switch in the ON position, rotate the Flame Dimmer
Control clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the ame intensity.
