Charging the battery pack

WARNING! Risk of injury!
Always unplug the charger[] from
the mains before inserting/removing
the battery pack[3].
NOTE
u You can charge the battery pack[3] at
any time without reducing its life cycle.
u Interrupting the charging process does
not damage the battery pack[3].
o Before operation: Charge the battery
pack[3] when it is at medium or low
charging level (see “Checking the battery
pack charging level”).
o The charging control LEDs (red[] and
green[]) indicate the status of the
charger[] and the battery pack[3].

Charger[] ready
1. Insert the battery pack[3] into the
charger[].
2. Connect power plug of the charger[] to a
socket-outlet.
3. When the battery pack[3] is fully charged:
– Disconnect the power plug of the
charger[] from the socket-outlet.
– Remove the battery pack[3] from the
charger[].

1. Slide the battery pack[3] onto the
handle[2].
2. Ensure the battery pack[3] clicks
noticeably in place.

1. Press the release button[4] on the battery
pack[3].
2. Pull the battery pack[3] from the
handle[2].

charging level
o Press the button[]. The charging level
LEDs[] light up.

Fitting/removing the grip

let the product cool down before
making any adjustments.
Fitting the grip bracket
o Push the grip bracket[] over the guides on
the base plate[7] and onto the product.
Removing the grip bracket
o Press the release[] and pull the grip
bracket[] forwards out of the guides.
