Equipment: Crispy Pot + Steam Tray + Stainless Steel Lid
2 Tbsp Potlatch citrus ginger seasoning
1 cup Citrus beer
¼ cup Lime juice
1 lb Fresh cod loin
Coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1. Coat fresh cod loin with citrus ginger
seasoning and place on Steam Tray
2. Pour citrus beer and lime juice into Crispy
Pot and cover with Stainless Steel Lid
3. Cook on Microwave 1000W / P9 for 8
minutes
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy.
