• The positioning of the oven pan will depend on the desired cooking method. For baking,
place the pan on top of the rack. For air frying, place the pan on top of the wire rack or into
the guide rails below the mesh airy fry rack.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT use the pan under the rack in the lower position.
PREHEATING THE OVEN
1. Set to the desired Function.
2. Turn the Temperature Control knob to the desired temperature.
3. Set the Timer knob to desired time and allow 5-6 minutes for the oven to preheat.
REMOVING FOOD
Always open the Countertop Oven doors fully and remove food carefully with an oven mitt.
USING THE BAKE FUNCTION
1. Open the Countertop Oven Doors. For instructions on how to safely
open the doors, see the “Opening the Countertop Oven Doors” section.
2. If necessary, remove Bake Pan from oven.
3. Place food in Bake Pan.
4. Carefully place Bake Pan with food on Wire Rack in oven. See the
“Positioning Rack” and “Positioning Pan” sections.
TIP: To ensure food doesn’t stick to the baking pan, use oil or butter to
coat the pan.
5. Close oven glass doors completely.
6. Turn the Function Selector knob to “Bake”.
7. Turn the Temperature Control knob to the desired temperature.
8. Turn the Timer Control knob to the desired cooking time.
NOTE: If the cooking time is less than 20 minutes, turn the Timer
Control knob past the 20-minute mark to engage it and then return to
the desired time.
9. When baking is complete, open doors completely and remove food.
CAUTION: COOKED FOOD, METAL RACKS, AND DOORS CAN
BE VERY HOT; HANDLE THEM WITH CARE. DO NOT LEAVE THE
COUNTERTOP OVEN UNATTENDED.
