FOR BRAZIL MODELS ONLY:
1. Turn the jar upside down so the small opening is facing upwards (Figure 1).
2. Place the sealing ring over the jar opening (Figure 2).
3. Place the integrated blade assembly with threaded jar bottom into the bottom of the
jar (Figure 3). Turn clockwise while pushing down to tighten.
4. Be sure the integrated blade assembly with threaded jar bottom is locked securely to
the jar before use.
5. Put the ingredients into the jar.
6. Place the lid and ller cap on the jar.
7. Place the jar onto the motor base (Figure 4).
8. Plug the power cord into a standard household outlet of the same voltage as the one
indicated in the rating plate of your blender. You are now ready to begin using your
blender!
FOR BRAZIL MODELS ONLY:
NOTE: Your blender has an interlock system on the motor unit. This will prevent the
motor from starting if the blender jar is not properly placed on the motor unit. If the jar is
removed from the motor unit during operation, the blender will stop automatically. Before
putting the jar back on the base, conrm that the blender is turned off. If not, as soon as
the jar is placed on the base, the blender will turn on. Once the unit is turned off, and the
jar is correctly in place, the blender will be ready for use.
