A word on induction cooking
Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient, economical cooking technology. It
functions by electro-magnetic vibrations producing heat directly in the pot, rather
than indirectly by heating the glass surface. The glass actually becomes hot only
because the pot heats it.
