To help you set your refrigerator, it should be equipped with a temperature
indicator which will help to control the average temperature in the coolest
zone.
CAUTION: this indicator is set to work with this refrigerator. Do not use it in
another refrigerator or for another purpose.
Temperature check in the coolest zone
This indicator allows you to check that the temperature in the coolest zone
is correct. The temperature inside the refrigerator differs according to
several factors such as the ambient temperature, the quantity of food
loaded in the refrigerator and the frequency with which the door is opened.
Take these factors into consideration when setting the temperature of the
appliance.
When the indicator reads OK, it means that your thermostat is set correctly
and that the indoor temperature is correct. If there is no colour on the
indicator, this means that the temperature is too high. In this case, increase
the setting of the thermostat and wait for a while before performing another
visual check of the indicator. After loading or opening the door, the indicator
may show no colour for a while.
