Blade Block lock.
Make sure the Blade Block is
properly attached to the Motor
Base. Place the Blade Block
and Cup on top of the Motor
Base and gently twist into place.
A “click” sound and sensation
occurs when the Blade Block is
locked and the unit is secure.
Do not force the Blade Block
into place.
Blending Cup removal.
General error code appears if
the Blending Cup is disengaged
during a blend cycle.
Troubleshooting.
Blade obstruction.
If a blockage occurs during
blending, try the following:
1. Add more liquid to the Cup
and try blending again.
2. Detach and shake the Cup, or
turn it upside down to release
the blockage.
3. Turn the unit o, then
twist the Motor Base o.
Place the vessel upside
down (on the flat surface
of the Sip Lid with Carry
Loop). Carefully detach the
Blade Block from the vessel
and remove the blockage.
Reassemble and resume
blending.

TO AVOID BODILY INJURY.
Always make sure the power
is o and the charger is
unplugged when attaching
the Blade Block or clearing
a blade obstruction. Never
insert hand or utensil inside
the Cup to clear a blockage
or obstruction.

ALWAYS make sure
your blender is clean and
charged before use.
Fully charge your blender
before first use. The charging
port is located on the back of
the Motor Base, beneath the
silicone charging port cover.

ingredients in your blending
cup. Heated ingredients can
cause pressure to build up in
the sealed cup that may expel
hot contents upon opening,
potentially causing personal
injury or property damage.
NEVER run the nutribullet Flex
™
Portable Blender for more than
4 consecutive 30-second cycles
within a 3-minute time period,
as it can cause permanent
damage to the motor. If the
motor stops working, pause
activity and allow the blender
to cool. Your nutribullet
Flex
™
Portable Blender has an
internal thermal breaker that
shuts the unit off when it
overheats. Letting the thermal
breaker cool down should allow
it to reset.
ALWAYS inspect your blade
during the warranty period.
Contact Customer Service
before removing the blade
for safety instructions
and replacement.
