4.4.3 Diagnostics
The diagnostic feature is used when various issues arise during device usage, such as
flickering screens, disconnections during mirroring, audio output failure, unrecognized USB
drives, and more. With device diagnostics, users can promptly identify and pinpoint the
issues, thus improving the overall experience.
Step 1 To access diagnostics, select Diagnostics at the bottom of the secondary screen's
homepage.

Step 2 Select Run Diagnostics to run tests on Hardware Detection, Operating Status Detection,
Display Detection, and Network Detection.
