Step 2 From the displayed dialog box, select OK.
After the diagnostics are completed, the results are displayed.
Normal: The diagnostic result is normal.
Abnormal: The diagnostic result is abnormal.
Step 3 Do any of the following as required.
View the diagnostic results
Select Diagnostic Result to view the diagnostic report.

Export diagnostic results.
1. Insert a USB drive into the USB port of the device.
2. Select Export Result.
Upon successful operation, a prompt is displayed.
