Charge the device
Charge using a USB-C data cable. For optimal results, please use
the included power adapter. If your phone cannot be charged
properly.
Over time, the performance of lithium-ion batteries in devices may
decrease due to usage patterns, temperature, and battery usage time.
Tip: It is recommended to charge inventory devices every three
months to avoid battery failure due to self discharge, and store the
devices in a dry and cool environment.
Check the battery level of the device
You can check the remaining battery level o f t he d evice. Wh e n charg i n g , yo u c a n c h e c k how long
it will take for the battery to fully charge.
Display battery level percentage in the status bar
Open the "Settings" app on the device.
Select 'Battery'
Turn on the battery power percentage.
Check battery life and usage status
Open the "Settings" app on the device.
Under 'Battery', check the remaining battery level and approximately how much longer it can last.

To view charts and lists about battery usage, click on Battery Usage.
To view or change the power consumption of the listed applications, click on the corresponding
application.
For certain applications, you can enable or disable background restrictions.
For all applications, it is recommended that you keep the battery optimization function turned on.
To view the power consumption of both services and applications simultaneously, please click on
the system power consumption for the past 24 hours.
Note: Due to rounding of the listed power consumption, the total sum may not equal 100%.
Check the time required for the battery to fully charge
After connecting the device to the charger, please wait for a moment and observe the charging speed
of the device.
Open the "Settings" app on the device.
Under 'Battery', check the remaining battery level and the time required for the battery to fully
charge.
