Basic usage
1. Replace SIM TF card
1.1 The device should be turned off before inserting the card.
1.2 Open the SIM/TF card slot on the left side of the main unit and insert
the SIM/TF card.
1.3 When inserting the card, please pay attention to the direction of the
card notch. Inserting non-standard cards may cause damage to the SIM
and TF card sockets of the device.
1.4 The device supports two standard Nano SIM cards, but the device
cannot have two telecom cards supporting 4G network connection at the
same time. When installing two telecom cards at the same time, only one
card can use the 4G network, and the other card will not be able to register
for the 4G network.
2. Replace the battery
2.1 The device should be turned off before replacing the battery
2.2 Open the battery lock on the lower right side of the body
2.3 Pull out the battery compartment cover
2.4 Pull out the battery for replacement
Turn on or off the device
To turn on the device, please press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
Press and hold the power button until you feel the vibration before releasing it. If the device is out
of battery, the screen will not light up after vibration, or an indicator icon will appear on the screen
indicating low battery after vibration.
To turn off the device, please follow these steps:
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds, then click the "Power Off" icon on the screen to
turn off the power.
reboot device
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds, then click the "restart" icon on the screen to
power on.
Tip: Before turning on your phone, please charge the device first. Understand how to charge.
△ Force restart
Press and hold the power button on the phone for approximately 10 seconds, or until the phone
restarts.
