HOW TO USE THE GAS HEATER
• Remove the heater from the packaging.
• Make sure that the flame switch fig. B2 on the heater is in the
OFF position and the gas cartridge locking lever fig. B1 is in the
UNLOCK position, you can then proceed to connect the gas
cartridge (not included).
• Open the gas cartridge cover fig. A8, then place the gas
cartridge in the chamber. The cartridge must be placed so that
the positioning guide fig. B3 fits into the slot cartridge fig. B4.
Then lower the cartridge locking lever fig. A7 downwards to lock
the cartridge in the chamber so that it is in the LOCK position.
Once this has been done, the heater and cartridge should look
like Fig. B5 and Fig. B6. Make sure that the gas cartridge cover
fig. A9 is closed, the heater is ready for operation.
• To ignite the flame, turn the switch Fig. A8 counterclockwise to
the ON position until the flame is initiated
• When you have finished using the heater, close the flame with
the regulator Fig. A8, bringing it to the OFF position.
• Cool the set for at least 5 minutes and then disconnect the heater
and gas cartridge.
ECHANGE OF GAS CARTRIDGE
• When the temperature outside is low, store the gas cartridges at
room temperature. This will enable the system to be filled with
enough gas to operate the heater.
• Keep gas cartridges out of the reach of children, in a well-
ventilated room, away from sunlight, at a temperature below
50ºC, away from heat sources
• Keep away from all sources of ignition and open flame when
replacing the gas cartridge.
NOTE: When removing or replacing a gas cartridge, always check
that the gasket at the connection to the regulator is in place and in
good condition.
• Dispose of empty gas cartridges safely. Do not perforate or
throw into fire they may explode and cause injury.
• This type of gas cartridge is not refillable.
• Never remove the gas cartridge while the appliance is running
SECURITY
NOTE: The heater is fitted with a safety device that cuts off the gas
supply to the heater in the event of overpressure in the gas
cartridge. This situation can occur when the heater is in the sun or
in a very hot environment, causing pressure to build up inside the
cartridge. If the safety device is activated, wait until the heater and
gas cartridge have cooled down and then restart the heater.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
ATTENTION! Before cleaning or servicing, ensure that the gas
cartridge is disconnected from the heater.
CLEANING THE RADIATOR
• Never remove safety devices or important components of the gas
system yourself.
• Repairs may only be carried out by authorised service centres.
• Wipe the surface of the radiator with a clean cloth.
• The heater grate should be cleaned with a dry cloth
STORAGE OF THE HEATER
• Remove the gas cartridge from the heater when not in use.
• Clean and dry the heater before storage
• Put the heater in a box and place it in a dry and shady place
