• Wear warm clothing whenever working in cold conditions and keep
your hands warm and dry.
• If you experience numbness, tingling, pain or whitening of the skin
in your fingers or hands, stop using the grinder, tell your employer
and consult a physician.
• Operate and maintain the grinder as recommended in the
instructions handbook to prevent an unnecessary increase in
vibration levels.
• Do not allow the inserted tool to chatter on the workpiece as this is
likely to cause a substantial increase in vibration.
• Select, maintain and replace the consumable/inserted tool as
recommended in the instructions handbook to prevent an
unnecessary increase in vibration levels.
• Support the mass of the tool in a stand, tensioner or balancer, if
possible.
• Hold the tool with a light but safe grip, taking account of the required
hand reaction forces because the risk arising from vibration is
generally greater where the grip force is higher.
• Use blotters where they are provided with the bonded abrasive
product.
Additional safety instruction for pneumatic power tools
• Air under pressure can cause severe injury.
• Always shut of air supply, drain hose of air pressure and disconnect
tool from air supply whenever not in use, before changing
accessories or where making repairs.
• Never direct air at yourself or anyone else.
• Whipping hoses can cause severe injury. Always check for
damaged or loose hoses and fittings.
• Whenever universal twist couplings (claw couplings) are used, lock-
pins shall be installed and whipcheck safety cables shall be used to
safeguard against possible hose-to-tool and hose-to-hose
connection failure.
• Do not exceed the maximum air pressure stated on the tool.
• Never carry an air tool by the hose.

DESCRIPTION
Pneumatic device designed for cutting metal, sheet metal structures, body
parts, etc. The areas of use of the cutter include renovation and
construction works and all works in the field of independent amateur
activity (DIY), as well as car mechanics. The specially designed body and
air outlet of the cutter ensure low level of vibration and noise. High-quality
bearings used in the design extend the service life of the device.
AIR SUPPLY
An example of a pneumatic supply system is shown in Fig. B. The
operating pressure should be a maximum of 6,3 bar. Using a higher
operating pressure can damage the equipment and poses a risk to the
operator.
The air supplied to the device must be clean and dry. The pneumatic
system should be drained before connection. Drain the system regularly
and check the condition of the filter. The device should be used in
conjunction with the lubricator built into the system.
The sander is connected to the system with a 1/4 '' connection. The
minimum internal diameter of the pneumatic hose is 10 mm (3/8’’) The
installation should include a visible and accessible safety switch.
OPERATION
Switching on / off
Before cutting through, mark the place of the cut on the workpiece. Hold
the cut-off tool with both hands so that your thumbs are on the lock lever
and the switch lever. To start the device, push the lock forward while
pressing the switch. Do not touch the workpiece until the wheel reaches
the desired speed.
Cutting
After speeding up the wheel, gently and slowly touch the workpiece with
its edge. During work, even, moderate pressure should be applied. Use
the knob next to the air inlet to control maximum speed of rotation. Do not
overload the tool. Doing so may jam the equipment or damage it and pose
a risk to the operator. After finishing work, it is essential to disconnect the
device from the air supply to prevent accidental start-up.
Abrasive replacement
To replace abrasive product, unscrew bolt holding the abrasive with
simultaneous holding of the shaft with a wrench (fig. C)
TROUBLESHOOTING
In addition to damage or wear of the device, other factors such as poor
condition of the pneumatic system (damage, blockage, leakage or
moisture) may also have a negative impact on the effectiveness of work.
Problems may also be caused by contamination of the device with excess
dust and abrasion products. For this reason, it is important to keep the
device clean.
MAINTENANCE AND STORING
In order to extend the life of the tool, it should be cleaned regularly. Each
time after work, the tool should be cleaned by wiping with a dry cloth. Do
not use solvents or agents that could cause corrosion of device
components.
The mechanism should be lubricated with a lubricator, which is part of the
pneumatic supply system. The oil level in the lubricator should be checked
regularly and topped up if necessary. In the absence of a lubricator, direct
lubrication is possible by applying a few drops of pneumatic oil to the air
inlet before starting the unit. After lubricating the machine, oil droplets may
escape from the air outlet for the first few seconds. Then it is necessary to
temporarily protect it with, for example, a towel. Only pneumatic oils should
be used to lubricate the mechanism. Using other types of oil or not
lubricating the mechanism will shorten the life and damage the tool.
Any repair activities should be performed only by authorized persons
through an authorized service point.

Information on noise and vibration
The level of noise emitted by the device is described by: the level of the
emitted sound pressure L
pA
and the sound power level L
wA
(where K is the
measurement uncertainty). The vibrations emitted by the device are
described by the value of the vibration acceleration a
h
(where K is the
measurement uncertainty).
The following information: emitted sound pressure level L
pA
, sound power
level L
wA
and vibration acceleration a
h
were measured in accordance with
EN 628411-1. The given vibration level a
h
can be used to compare
devices and for a preliminary assessment of vibration exposure.
