Switching on - press the switch button (10) and hold in this
position.
Switching off - release pressure on the switch button (10). Always
hold the garden hoover securely with both hands using the
handle when starting and working.
SPEED DIAL
The garden hoover allows operation with different blowing / suction
power. Adjustment is carried out using the speed dial (9) in the MIN
- MAX range shown on its circumference.
To set the correct blowing/suction power, turn the speed dial (9)
to the correct position. The correct selection of blowing / suction
power is carried out during operation without having to switch off
the appliance.
Do not use high blowing/suction force if not necessary.
OPERATING MODE SELECTION
The operating mode lever (11) allows you to select the
appropriate operating mode: blowing or suction.
Changing the operating mode can be done both during operation
and when the unit is switched off.
NADMUCH
Move the operating mode lever (11) to the correct position
according to the graphic on the housing.
Holding the front suction tube approximately 18 cm above the
ground, switch on the hoover.
Direct the airflow forward and, slowly advancing, blow through
the leaves and debris in front of you.
Once the leaves/rubbish have formed a pile, switch the hoover
to suction and collect them.
Empty the rubbish bag before starting to blow. Failure to do so
may result in previously aspirated leaves being blown away.
SUSPENSION
Fit a waste bag.
Select the aspiration option with the operating mode lever (11).
Keep the suction pipe at a low height above the leaves/rubbish.
Switch on the hoover and, using left and right oscillating
movements, suck the waste into the suction pipe, where it will
be shredded and fed into the waste bag.
HEIGHT AND RAKE ADJUSTMENT
Press the height adjustment button (13) and move the front tube
to the desired length, it can be adjusted up to 270 mm.
Turn the knob 90
0
, the rake will automatically raise. Lock the
knob by turning it 90
0
. If you do not want to use the rake, turn
the knob 90
0
, then drag the knob to another position, then turn
the knob 90
0
, to lock it.
EMPTYING THE RUBBISH BAG
If the filling level of the waste bag is high, the suction power is
definitely reduced.
Switch off the appliance and unplug the power cord from the
mains socket.
Press the release button (14), eject the waste bag (12) by the
waste bag holder.
Turn the rubbish bag (12) over and shake the rubbish/leaves out
of it.
It is not necessary to disassemble a filled rubbish bag in order to
empty it.
Open the lock on the waste bag (16) and remove the waste.
Slide the lock on the waste bag (16).
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the power cord from the mains socket before carrying out
any installation, adjustment, repair or operation.
CLEANING
It is recommended to clean the device after each use.
The motor housing should, as far as possible, always be free of
dust and dirt.
Wipe the unit with a clean cloth or blow it with low-pressure
compressed air.
Water or chemical cleaning agents must not be used for cleaning
Care must be taken to ensure that no water enters the unit.
When finished, remove the waste bag, shake out and clean
thoroughly to prevent mould and odour.
A heavily soiled rubbish bag should be emptied, washed in warm
soapy water and dried thoroughly.
If the lock is difficult to open, lubricate the teeth with soap.
If dirty, clean the suction pipe with a brush.
If dirty, there may be problems with the mode lever switch. In this
case, reposition the lever several times.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Ensure that the screws are properly tightened so that you can
work safely.
Check the waste bag for wear and deformation.
Use only original accessories and original spare parts.
When not in use, store the device in a dry place out of the reach
of children.
If excessive sparking occurs on the commutator, have the
condition of the motor's carbon brushes checked by a qualified
person.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced with a cable
of the same characteristics. This operation should be entrusted
to a qualified specialist or have the appliance serviced.
Any defects should be rectified by the manufacturer's authorised
service department.

Information on noise and vibration
The noise emission level of the equipment is described by: the
emitted sound pressure level Lp
A
and the sound power level Lw
A
(where K denotes measurement uncertainty). The vibrations
emitted by the equipment are described by the vibration
acceleration value a
h
(where K is the measurement uncertainty).
The sound pressure level Lp
A
, the sound power level Lw
A
and the
vibration acceleration value a
h
given in these instructions have been
measured in accordance with EN 50636-2-100. The vibration level
a
h
given can be used for comparison of equipment and for
preliminary assessment of vibration exposure.
The vibration level quoted is only representative of the basic use of
the unit. If the unit is used for other applications or with other work
tools, the vibration level may change. A higher vibration level will be
influenced by insufficient or too infrequent maintenance of the unit.
The reasons given above may result in increased vibration
exposure during the entire working period.
In order to accurately estimate vibration exposure, it is
necessary to take into account periods when the unit is
switched off or when it is switched on but not used for work.
Once all factors have been accurately estimated, the total
vibration exposure may turn out to be much lower.
In order to protect the user from the effects of vibration, additional
safety measures should be implemented, such as cyclical
maintenance of the machine and working tools, securing an
adequate hand temperature and proper work organisation.
