• Keep the extended power cable away from the suction pipe.
• Do not allow children or anyone not familiar with the instructions
to operate the tool.
• Stop working when other people, especially children or pets, are
around.
• REMINDER. The operator or user is responsible for accidents or
hazards occurring to other persons or the environment.
Preparation
• Always wear sturdy footwear and long trousers when working.
• Do not wear loose clothing that can be sucked in by the suction
pipe. Keep long hair away from the air inlets.
• Always wear personal protective equipment such as safety
goggles, ear protection.
• Check the area where you will be working carefully and remove
all objects that can be sucked up by the suction pipe or rejected
by the blower's air blast.
• Do not undertake work without pipes, protection and guards in
place.
• Hold the tool with both hands so as not to jam the end of the pipe
against the ground.
• Secure the extension cable to the handle so that accidental
disconnection is not possible.
Use
• Work only in daylight or with good artificial lighting.
• Avoid sucking in wet leaves and water.
• Always make sure that on an incline your feet are standing firmly.
• Come on, never run.
• Take special care when changing the direction of suction or
blowing leaves.
• When moving the tool, switch off the tool.
• Do not use, the tool with damaged covers, housings or without
the enclosed covers.
• Ensure that the vents are free of debris.
• Before starting the tool, make sure both hands are securely
holding the handle.
• Pull the plug out of the mains socket:
➢ every time you walk away from the device;
➢ before checking, cleaning or repairing the appliance;
➢ after being hit by a foreign object - check that the
device is not damaged;
➢ if it starts to vibrate excessively;
• Repairs to the tool should only be carried out by authorised
persons.
• Only original spare parts recommended by the manufacturer
should be used.

CONSTRUCTION AND PURPOSE
The garden hoover is a hand-held type with Class II insulation.
It is driven by a single-phase AC commutator motor. The
garden hoover is a three-function device designed for
blowing, suction, and shredding of sucked garden waste such
as leaves, grass cuttings, small branches and other light
waste around the house and backyard garden. This unit is not
intended for industrial use and is intended for outdoor use
only.
Do not misuse the device.

PREPARATION FOR WORK
ASSEMBLY/REMOVAL OF RUBBISH BAG
• Hook the rubbish bag holder (12) by the projection in the motor
housing and push in until the release button (14) audibly
engages.
• The waste bag is removed by pressing the release button (14)
on the waste bag holder (12).
Do not start work until the installation of the rubbish bag is
complete.
POWER CABLE PROTECTION
Clip the extension cord into the power cord holder before
proceeding.
• Slide the power cord holder (15) out of the housing.
• Pass the extension cord through and clamp it in the power cord
holder (15).
• Connect the power cord of the hoover to the extension cord.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SUCTION PIPE LENGTH
The length of the suction tube can be adjusted according to the
user's needs and height.
• Press the suction tube lock button (13) and extend/insert the
suction tube (4) to the desired length.
MOUNTING AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE SHOULDER STRAP
Switch off the engine when fitting and adjusting the shoulder
belt.
The right fit of the shoulder strap, makes work much easier.
• Insert the shoulder strap snap hook into the shoulder strap clip
(7).
• Use the shoulder belt buckle (8) to adjust the length of the
shoulder belt so that the front suction tube can be guided just
above the ground.
• In addition, guiding the suction pipe along the ground is
facilitated by the castors (1) at the end of the suction pipe (4).
OPERATION / SETTINGS
ON/OFF
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage indicated
on the unit's rating plate.
