IMPORTANT
Electrochemical breathalyzers should be calibrated every 500 or more
measurements, but no more than 12 months should pass from the date of
purchase of the device. We recommend calibrating the Navitel ALC 02
breathalyzer every 6 – 12 months. After performing 1000 tests (the device will
start counting from 900 - 1000 after it is turned on), the display will show the
need to calibrate "CALI". To perform the service, contact the HUMANCARE
POLSKA SP. Z O.O. Service.
DO NOT PERFORM THE TEST IMMEDIATELY AFTER DRINKING ALCOHOL
AND SMOKING A CIGARETTE, YOU MAY DAMAGE THE SENSOR.
Measurements should be taken no sooner than 20 minutes after the
last alcohol consumption.
When the device is not used for a long time or is in a low temperature, it
will take longer to warm up
Store the device in a dry place at room temperature
Avoid heat or prolonged exposure to the sun
If the difference between two consecutive readings is >0.1‰, the test
should be repeated
When taking a breath sample, DO NOT block the outlet
Test results cannot be presented in court
