The fixture can't power up.
1. Please check whether the connections between the cable, 8-light
kit case, and power source are loose.
2. Please check whether the power source voltage and frequency is
within the specified range.
The Battery Indicator is on after a
power source is connected, but
the 8-light kit case can't charge
the fixture.
1. Please check whether the fixture has malfunctioned.
2. Please check whether the fixture is placed properly.
The fixture is charging but it
shows fewer than 8 pixels with a
steady light effect instead of a
breathing effect.
1. Please reconnect the power supply or change to another power
source.
2. Please contact the place of purchase or manufacturer for repair,
and please do not disassemble on your own.
