VIII. BEDIENUNG UND KONTROLLE DES GERÄTES
1. Gerätekontrolle:
Da die Verwendung einer verschmutzten und/oder angebrannten Klinge eine fehlerhafte
Funktionsweise des Geräts und Beschädigungen verursacht, muss die Reinigung regelmäßig erfolgen.
Sollten durchgebrannte Zubehörteile festgestellt werden, müssen sie gegen neue ausgetauscht werden.
2. Kontrolle der Befestigungsschrauben:
Befestigungsschrauben sind regelmäßig auf festen Sitz zu prüfen und ggf. festzuziehen. Verletzungsgefahr.
3. Reinigung des Geräts:
Vor dem Reinigen ist das Gerät vom Stromkreislauf zu trennen! Um das Gerät sauber zu halten, ist es
mit Wasser und Seife unter Anwendung von einem sanften Tuch zu reinigen. Man darf weder Bürsten
noch andere Reinigungsgeräte verwenden, die zur Entstehung von Rissen und/oder zur Beschädigung
des Geräts führen können. Man muss vermeiden, dass das Wasser durch Belüftungsöffnungen am
Gehäuse in das Innere gelangt. Die verschmutzte Klinge muss nach dem Abkühlen mit der in der
Lieferung enthaltenen Bürste gereinigt werden.
IX. TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG
Beim Transport sollte die Maschine vor Schütteln und Stürzen geschützt werden. Lagern Sie sie in einer gut
durchlüfteten Umgebung mit trockener Luft und ohne korrosive Gase.
X. REGELMÄSSIGE PRÜFUNG DER MASCHINE
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob Elemente der Maschine Beschädigungen aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall sein, darf die
Maschine nicht mehr benutzt werden. Wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Verkäufer, um Nachbesserungen
vorzunehmen.
Was tun im Problemfall?
Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Verkäufer und bereiten Sie folgende Angaben vor:
• Rechnungs – und Seriennummer (letztere nden Sie auf dem Typenschild)
• ggf. ein Foto des defekten Teils
• Ihr Servicemitarbeiter kann besser eingrenzen worin das Problem besteht, wenn Sie es so präzise
wie möglich beschreiben. Formulierungen wie z.B. „das Gerät heizt nicht“ können missverständlich
sein und bedeuten, dass das Gerät zu wenig oder gar nicht heizt. Dies sind jedoch zwei verschiedene
Fehlerursachen! Je detaillierter Ihre Angaben sind, umso schneller kann Ihnen geholfen werden.
ACHTUNG: Öffnen Sie die Maschine niemals ohne Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice. Dies kann Ihren
Gewährleistungsanspruch beeinträchtigen!
I. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before using the tool, the manual must be carefully read. Please observe the safety guidelines cautious.
2. The tool must be operated in accordance with the purpose specied in the manual.
3. The tool can be operated only by employees after training has been completed successfully, including
health training and safety and re protection guidelines.
4. Employees who will be handling the tool should wear protective clothing and should be provided with
personal protective equipment as indicated in the instructions.
5. The tool must be immediately switched off in case of damage or malfunction. Such situations must be
reported to the entitled person.
6. Please contact the manufacturer’s service in case of any doubts regarding proper work of the tool.
7. The tool can be repaired only by the manufacturer’s service. Do not make repairs by yours!
8. In case of re, use only dry powder extinguishers or snow extinguishers (CO2) to extinguish the
energized product/machine/tool.
9. ATTENTION! Components get hot during the operation – ensure proper ventilation in the operating
room and wear protective gloves.
10. Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas can cause injuries.
11. Consider the environment of the work area. Don’t expose power tools to rain or wet soil. Don’t use
power tools in damp or wet locations. The work area should be well protected. Don’t use a tool in
the presence of ammable liquids or gases. Power tools produce sparks during normal operation or
when switching ON/OFF. Never use power tools in dangerous sites containing lacquer, paint, benzene,
thinner, gasoline, gases, adhesive agents, and other materials which are combustible or explosive.
12. Provide sufcient protection against electric shock. Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces. For
example: pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerator enclosures.
13. Keep children and third parties away from the work area.
14. When not in use, tools should be stored in dry, locked-up places and out of reach for children.
15. Safety goggles must be worn.
16. Do not damage the connection cable. Never carry the machine by the cable. Do not pull the cable in
order to disconnect it from the plug. Keep the cable away from heat and oil sources and sharp edges.
17. Secure the work area. It is recommended to use clamps or a vice for xation. Please pay special
attention to your hands when operating the machine.
18. Do not overreach yourself. Keep proper posture and balance at all times.
19. Hold the machine rmly in both hands. When using the machine, hold it by the handle.
The operation manual must be carefully read.
Never dispose of electrical equipment together with household waste.
This machine conforms to the CE declarations.

Attention! Hot surface may cause burns.
Attention! Risk of re or explosion.
