2. Installation
Before installation, please read this manual carefully. In this manual you will find information
about how to install, start, operate and maintain this machine. For problems caused because of
not following this manual, the manufacturer will not bear any responsibility.
The manufacturer hopes the customer can use the machine without breakdowns for a long
time. If there is any problem, please timely contact with the supplier or the manufacturer.
3.1 Essential condition for installation
CAUTION! DAMAGE TO MACHINE!
The machine will be damaged if it’s not installed under the essential conditions.
Be careful of injury!
Please follow the essential condition for installation.
Please assure the installation environment conforms to basic safety regulations.
3.2 Installation environment
No inflammable and explosive gas is allowed.
Environment temperature：5-30℃. If you need operation under other temperature, please
confirm with supplier or dealer first.
Environment pressure: standard atmospheric pressure.
Please make sure the power supply is correct(refer to nameplate).
The machine should be placed in a horizontal and smooth place; It’s essential for safety
operation.
Leave enough space around the machine to assure good ventilation for heat dissipation, with
at least 10cm distance.
The machine cannot be exposed to heat source and steam device directly (such as steamer,
stove).
Make sure there is enough space to replace consumable spare parts.
