OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS
The operator must have read and understood the operating manual and must always
follow its instructions. The operator should not suffer from any sensory impairments
or have their abilities affected by factors such as lack of sleep, fatigue, alcohol,
narcotics, or drugs.
The operator must also ensure that children are kept away from the device and the
work area. Young people are not permitted to use the device unless supervised by a
qualified vocational trainer.
REMAINING RISKS, MISUSE
Although the device has been manufactured in accordance with safety requirements,
there may still be residual risks that are not immediately apparent. It is important to
handle the device carefully and use it safely, as intended, while being mindful of the
potential hazards to avoid injuries and damage. The operating manual should be
stored securely, and a copy should be provided to every user for reference.

WORKPLACE SAFETY
Protect yourself against the risks of fire, injuries or damage:
1. Fusion cutting of rigid foams may produce flammable and/or hazardous vapors.
Always follow the instructions and safety information provided by the rigid foam
manufacturer.
2. Be aware that flammable or hazardous vapors/dusts may accumulate near the
floor. The device must not be used:
• In work areas where there is a risk of explosion.
• In rooms with closed doors and windows or without sufficient ventilation.
3. Keep the work area clean and ensure it is well lit. Before turning on the device,
remove any adjusting tools, such as spanners, from the work area.
4. Set up the device on a solid, flat, and fire-resistant surface to prevent it from
tipping over.
5. Ensure there are no foreign objects in the workpiece before starting work.
