TECHNICAL DATA
The terms "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions to refer to DRAIN CLEANING MACHINE.
Do not use in very humid environments or in the direct
vicinity of water tanks. Prevent the device from getting
wet. Risk of electric shock! Do not put your hands or other
items inside the device while it is in use! Do not cover the
ventilation openings!
2.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a) The plug must t the socket. Do not modify the plug
in any way. Using original plugs and matching sockets
reduces the risk of electric shock.
b) Do not touch the device with wet or damp hands.
c) Use the cable only for its designated use. Never use it
to carry the device or to pull the plug out of a socket.
Keep the cable away from heat sources, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled cables
increase the risk of electric shock.
d) If working with the device outdoors, make sure to use
an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Using an
extension cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the
risk of electric shock.
e) If using the device in a damp environment cannot be
avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should be
applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric
shock.
f) Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged
or shows obvious signs of wear. A damaged power
cord should be replaced by a qualied electrician or
the manufacturer‘s service centre.
g) To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug
or device in water or other liquids. Do not use the
device on wet surfaces.
h) ATTENTION! DANGER TO LIFE! While cleaning, never
immerse the device in water or other liquids.
2.2. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b) Do not use the device in a potentially explosive
environment, for example in the presence of
ammable liquids, gases or dust. The device generates
sparks which may ignite dust or fumes.

b) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
c) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
d) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
e) Es darf kein Wasser über die Belüftungsönungen am
Gehäuse ins Innere des Geräts gelangen.
f) Die Belüftungsönungen sind mit Pinsel und
Druckluft zu reinigen.
g) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
h) Benutzen Sie einen weichen Lappen zur Reinigung.
i) Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/
oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder
Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberäche
des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,
beschädigen können.
Halten Sie das Gerät nach jedem Gebrauch senkrecht mit
dem Kopf nach unten, so dass das Restwasser aus der
Trommel ausießen kann. Entfernen Sie den wasserdichten
Stöpsel von der Trommel - wenn er nicht sichtbar ist,
drehen Sie die Trommel von Hand, bis er erscheint (um zu
vermeiden, dass der Stöpsel versehentlich verloren geht,
kann er in die Önung zu Beginn des Netzkabels gesteckt
werden - Abbildung unten.
Spirale und Trommel sorgfältig reinigen. Wenn die Spirale
über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt wird, sollte sie
durch Auftragen eines Spezialfetts für Metalloberächen,
die mit Feuchtigkeit und Wasser in Kontakt kommen,
konserviert werden.
ENTSORGUNG GEBRAUCHTER GERÄTE
Dieses Produkt darf nicht über den normalen Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Geben Sie das Gerät bei entsprechenden
Sammel- und Recyclinghöfen für Elektro- und
Elektronikgeräte ab. Überprüfen Sie das Symbol auf dem
Produkt, der Bedienungsanleitung und der Verpackung. Die
bei der Konstruktion des Gerätes verwendeten Kunststoe
können entsprechend ihrer Kennzeichnung recycelt werden.
Mit der Entscheidung für das Recycling leisten Sie einen
