3. Clean the HEPA lter (21) of accumulated dust. If heavily soiled, you can rinse the lter in cool
water. Make sure that the HEPA lter is completely dry before inserng it.
4. Wash the sponge lters (20) and (22) in running and cool water. Dry the lters thoroughly aer
washing.
5. Clean the lters every month or more frequently (depending on the frequency of use). If any of the
lters is too dirty or damaged, replace it with a new one.
6. When installing the lters, pay parcular aenon to the correct
CAUTION! The installed filters must be completely dry. The assembly of the wet filters
poses the risk of electric shock.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the housing of the vacuum cleaner and the rest of its external components from me to
me with a damp cloth. This will help keep the appliance looking good. Sharp objects and all kinds
of strong cleaning agents (e.g. solvents) must not be used for this purpose, as this will permanently
damage the vacuum cleaner housing.
2. In the case of air lters and the dust bag, act in accordance with the above-menoned hints.
3. If the appliance is not going to be used for a long me, remove the baeries from the appliance to
avoid electrolyte spillage.
CAUTION! Do not discard used batteries with your municipal waste. Only discard them
in proper pick-up points or at the store. Do not place the battery in fire. Do not combine
batteries of different types or new and used batteries.
CAUTION! Do not assembly wet filters – risk of damage to the vacuum cleaner.
CAUTION! Each time, prior to any maintenance or cleaning activities, turn off the appli

ance and remove the plug from the socket. Do not submerge the appliance into water!
CAUTION! Do not use sharp objects, abrasive polishes, solvents or other strong chem

icals for cleaning since their use may cause damage to the appliance.
