Advanced settings

Other advanced settings which can be modied in the “setting.txt” le include:



ResetWiPassword

: Resets the WIFI password to its default value

(1234567890) if this value is set to “Y” (this setting will be automatically changed

back to “N” once the WIFI password has been restored).



Resolution

: Sets the recording resolution.



FrontCamEV / RearCamEV

: Sets the exposure level of the front / rear camera

to adjust the brightness of the image.



LightFrequency

: Sets the frequency for the camera to avoid problems caused

by articial light sources that are not constant.



VideoStamp

: Displays date and time information on each recorded video.



LoopRecording

: Enables or disables the loop recording function (this function is

enabled by default).

If LoopRecording is disabled, the recorder will automatically shut down instead of overwriting the

oldest file when the memory card has run out of space.



Microphone

: Sets if you want to include audio in the recordings.



RecordingTime

: Sets the length of each video clip captured under continuous

recording.



Bitrate

: Sets the quality of the video.
