The On/Off and charge LED
indicator of either unit (4 or 11) does
not light up when connected to the
power mains.
· Check for problems with the power network.
· Check your power adapter and the USB cable are both correctly
connected to the mains electricity supply and the device socket.
· Check the unit has been connected by pressing the on / off button
(1 or 10).
The batteries won´t recharge. · Check your power adapter and the USB cable are both

· You are using non-rechargeable batteries. Remember you
should only use the batteries supplied or other rechargeable
batteries of the same characteristics (2 x AAA 1.2V 800 mAh
Ni-MH). Please check the type of batteries you are using.

Clean the baby monitor with a soft, dry rag. Do not use cleaning products or solvents.

· Remember to remove the batteries and dispose of them in a responsible

domestic rubbish. These products should be taken to the collection points allocated
by the local authorities for appropriate treatment. Alternatively you may contact the
point of sale where you purchased the product.
