The Gourmet Box is intended for domestic use only to store,
freeze, prepare and reheat food. All other types of use are not permit-
ted.
Check the Gourmet Box for visible damage before use. Do not use
a damaged Gourmet Box.
Clean the Gourmet Box before using it for the first time (see
“Cleaning and care”).
The lid is not suitable for use in ovens or microwave ovens. The
Gourmet Box must always be used without the lid in an oven, com-
bination steam oven or microwave oven.
Risk of injury caused by hot surfaces. The glass container can get
hot when used in the oven compartment (e.g. in the oven or micro-
wave). You can burn yourself on the glass container.
Use oven gloves when handling the hot glass container.
The Gourmet Box can be damaged by significant differences in
temperature.
Do not place the hot glass container on cold surfaces such as tile or
stone.
Allow the hot glass container to cool down before closing it with the
lid and storing it in the refrigerator or freezer.
Do not place the frozen glass container straight into a hot oven or in
the microwave.
All surfaces are susceptible to scratching. Scratches on glass can
in some circumstances lead to breakage.
Do not clean the Gourmet Box with abrasive or aggressive cleaning
agents, sponges with a scratchy surface or sharp, pointed objects.
Do not use the Gourmet Box on a hob, grill or open fire.
