OPERATION
11-1 Defrost
(1) In standby mode, press “ ” once and then the screen will display “01”.
(2) Turn the knob to choose the menu 45, “45” will display.
(3) Press “ ” to confirm the menu.
(4) Turn the knob to set the weight of the food. The range of weight is 100 -1500g.
(5) Press “ ” to start defrosting.
Notes
(1) The buzzer will sound and then the “Flip” icon will keep light to remind you to turn the
food over during defrosting. If no operation, the oven will continue working.
(2) The defrosting time cannot be changed during defrosting.
(1) In standby mode, press “ ” once and then the screen will display “01”.
(2) Turn the knob to choose the menu 46, “46” will display.
(3) Press “ ” to confirm the menu.
(4) Turn the knob to set the temperature. The range of temperature is
25°C -45°C.
(5) Press “ ” to confirm the temperature.
(6) Turn the knob to set the time, the maximum value is “12h00m”.
(7) Press “ ” to start fermenting.
11-2 Ferment
(3) After steam cooking has finished, remove the water from the cavity and the door pane.
(4) Empty the water box after steam cooking.
11. Auto Menu
(1) In standby mode, press “ ” once and then the screen will display “01”.
(2) Turn the knob to choose the menu you need. The 52 auto menus are available.
(3) Press “ ” to confirm.
(4) Turn the knob to set the cooking time or the weight of the food.
(5) Press “ ” to start cooking.
