Configuring Email Settings

NOTE: If you use Gmail and have two-step verification configured, you’ll need to create an app

password to give your RackLink device permission to access the account. For more information, refer

to Google at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en.

To configure email settings:

1. Install and launch your RackLink Discovery software and connect to a RackLink device.

For more information, see “Installing the Device Discovery Software and Accessing a

Connected RackLink’s Browser-Based Interface” on page 13.

2. Log in using the Admin account to access the Administrator Settings menu. For more

information, see “Logging in to the Browser-Based Interface” on page 40.

3. Click Email on the Administrator Settings menu.

The Email screen appears.
